Women in Bids and proposals is delighted to bring together our members and supporting organisations at the first Women in Bids and Proposals Annual Conference! #wibapconf19
Our conference will be hosted on 18th March 2019, in Denham, Uxbridge; conveniently located for our members from all across the UK!
This empowering one-day event will gather professionals from our industry (both women and men) with sessions from inspirational speakers sharing stories and advice.
We will be bringing you a packed agenda full of inspiration and education, covering topics that our members have asked to hear more about.

Sales teams are from Mars with Pippa Keefe & Lorraine Baird
The focus of this session is how can you bridge the gap that often appears during proposal processes, between you and the sales team, to ensure you work more efficiently together and ultimately win more business!
Planning for progression: inspiration to take the next step in your career with Jeremy Brim
During this session we will be looking at career planning essentials for any discipline, in any organisation, strategies for differentiating yourself and the benefits of having a mentor.
The Balancing Act with Pippa Birch
Through an interactive workshop, you will learn more about flexible working. Looking at the issues surrounding different working patterns and working from home. We will look at tips and tricks to manage flexible working, all with the aim of balancing the needs of everyone in your life, including employers, family and YOU.

Getting to the conference: Our Round Trip Minibus Ticket
On the day of the conference, a minibus service will be collecting from/dropping off at the two local stations (Uxbridge underground and Denham mainline).
We will be collecting from Uxbridge Station (Bus stop M) at around 8:00 and 9:00*.
We will be collecting from Denham Station outside Wenzel's the Bakers (4 Station Parade, Denham, Uxbridge UB9 5ET) at around 8:25 and 9:20*.
We will be collecting from Denham Grove at around 16:30 and 17:30.
*Pick up times are approximate and may vary due to traffic. Should your travel be delayed, please get in touch as we may provide an additional trip after the stated times to assist you. We will provide live updates via our conference app on the day.
**Please note, WIBAP have arranged this optional service to assist with ease of travel to and from the conference, whilst providing the added benefit of meeting some conference attendees on the way! Taxis are available in the area and are approximately £7 - £15 per way from the station (Uxbridge station is more expensive due to being further away from the venue.) **
