She holds a doctorate in inequality and has a proven track record in challenging inequality and helping employees overcome inequality.  Constructing Equality helps organisations develop high end, research-backed strategies around equality and diversity using tools such as and fairness, inclusion and respect. As managing director, Chrissi has developed leading research and helped hundreds of organisations, including the University of Manchester, NG Bailey and Gleeds, improve their cultures.
