If you do and want to find out more about identifying, understanding and addressing behaviour that impacts your career, this session is for you.

We will explore microaggressions in the workplace, giving you a language to talk about your experiences and tools to help you overcome challenges. So you can walk with more control over your career.

Chrissi McCarthy is the Managing Director of Constructing Equality Ltd and founder of The Duck Project. She holds a doctorate in inequality and has a proven track record in challenging inequality and helping employees overcome inequality.  Constructing Equality helps organisations develop high end, research-backed strategies around equality and diversity using tools such as and fairness, inclusion and respect. As managing director, Chrissi has developed leading research and helped hundreds of organisations, including the University of Manchester, NG Bailey and Gleeds, improve their cultures.

Originally a setting out engineers Chrissi creates practical solutions to the challenges of managing inclusive teams. The most popular of these, The Duck Project – launching in 2022, is helping individuals understand, identify and address workplace challenges.
